I liked how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was. I saw a camper I liked online at the Shakopee location and filled out a credit application online. Got a call back the next day with an approval. Came the day they told me to get the camper and fill out paperwork, and I was out the door in under 2 hours. I brought my VFK274 in for repairs. I purchased the VFK274 from AC Nelson and had an excellent experience. While repairs were being made, I worked with Verne (sales) and Tony (Finance) to trade in the VFK274 for a 2022 Wolf Pup. I had a GREAT experience working with them. All the AC Nelson Staff were excellent is making this a smooth transition from the VFK274 to the Wolf Pup. Very easy process. We forgot our checkbook and we were still able to go get it and come back later. Our tech Johnathan went through everything with us and gave us a few extra pointers. When we came back he even helped us get hooked up while he was off the clock. Can't say enough. We will be recommending them to anyone who asks!
