Ginger was fantastic! I had called her after having a not so good experience at another dealer. They did not have one on their website but she was able to check and get me pricing. I was down there the next day. After. A few delays getting parts we picked up our new trailer at the end of July. Sales was awsome as was the service sept that walked us thru. We absolutely love our patriot edition 17jg. From the beginning of the process to the end of the process it was a great experience with Omaha staff. DJ in sales was so accurate with his descriptions and time frame. In fact, our trailer was available sooner than he said. Roger was really helpful the day of delivery. Rich was very responsive and honest in finance. Jonathan, the tech, was so informative on our walk through. The technician that installed our hitch and sway bars and electric brakes was very precise and professional. The receptionist was always friendly. Everyone at AC Nelson, Omaha was a pleasure to deal with. We don’t have a single complaint. Our trailer was available in less than two weeks, even after we changed our mind on the model. We even got a pleasant surprise when we noticed that we got the black doors instead of the white doors. We even received free camping chairs! We can’t say enough good things about AC Nelson. I called on February 13, 2021 one of the coldest days of the year. I talk to Neil and they were open. They wouldn’t be able to open up the pop-up camper that I was considering purchasing due to the cold. I made three trips to the dealership that day. I looked at a couple of other campers. Ultimately I went with my first choice. I put a few hundred dollars down came back and paid for it three weeks later and picked it up 10 days after that. There was a minor miscommunication issue. Neil the salesman was excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable. The finance department and service department for the walk-through were very pleasant professional and knowledgeable as well. Like the headline says, BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I called the dealership one day to get info and set up a time. Colleen met me on the coldest Minnesota winter day to view trailers. She started with a few questions of what we were looking for and then we went on our way. Colleen showed me the trailers I had interest in and then a couple that she thought fit my description as well. Once finished, she asked me if I had any questions. Not once did I feel any sort of pressure to purchase. 2 weeks had gone past and I had a few questions about the trailer(s). Colleen answered my questions and again never pressured me into a purchase (I actually was wondering if they truly wanted to sell me something). Within this time I had been to other dealerships. My phone blew up with texts and calls asking how we could make a deal, "what are you waiting for", bad mouthing the other dealerships in area. Not once did Colleen make a bad remark about other dealerships. I finally put money down on a trailer and set a pick up date. Then...my wife found a different model she thought she liked. I called Colleen and her response was to come in and look. "We want you to make the right choice since it is a big investment" was her response. Once again, no pressure at all.

I liked how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was. I saw a camper I liked online at the Shakopee location and filled out a credit application online. Got a call back the next day with an approval. Came the day they told me to get the camper and fill out paperwork, and I was out the door in under 2 hours.
