We had an issue with the hitch on our trailer driving across Iowa. We stopped in a rest area but couldn't fix it. Found AC Nelson on line. Called to confirm they were open and had someone in the service dept. Stopped there and they gave us options on the repair. No hard sale. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
