Just wanted to write you once again, for the third time, about the greatest RV sales and repair shop in Omaha. Probably one of the finest anywhere in the U.S.A. AC Nelsen RV World. Over and over again they have helped me resolve issues not covered in any warrantee or written on any paper. They changed an air conditioner, absorbing all the costs, to satisfy our need to keep cool. We thought we’d have to pay at least $500.00 or more. No charge. A whisper fan we wanted that we forgot to put on the contract on of our other trailers. No cost. And the very latest. We bought a brand new 2006 trailer last spring, one of the last of them, and it turned out to be a lemon. AC Nelsen tried everything they could to put it in order, but were just unable to repair the problems with the slide out. So, without being asked, and with the kind cooperation of the Dutchmen Four Winds Manufacturer, they traded us a brand new, built to our specifications, 2008 trailer, with no added costs whatsoever, with much apologizes, and added on outside ladder to the back of the trailer, which wasn’t part of the 2006 at their cost. Their integrity and after the sale service has just been over and above what you could expect out of any dealer anywhere. We have been dealing with them for over ten years with no problems whatsoever, and have just been amazed at their good cheer and fairness with us. Kent was great. He went out of his way to show me my camper and again we were"dealing hard". So many times sales people treat women different than men. It is refreshing to have been treated as an important person. My grandson Chance was treated like family and he loved the toys and popcorn(and Kent) Thank you for being thoughtful of the customers family as well. I will recommend you to everyone I see and return when I'm ready to upgrade, but for now I'm in Love with my camper!!

We were very pleased with the prompt service when we brought our motor home to you. Other dealers take forever in getting started and even longer finishing. We bought this motor home from a dealer in GA. We moved back from GA to Papillion in May. We called A.C. Nelsen because our motorhome is a Coachmen and you sell that brand. Our prior service experience with RV dealers has been dismal because we have been given an appointment time and date but service has never even been started till 2-3 days later. It usually took from a week to a month before we would get our motor home back. (we would drive over 125 miles to have service done at coachmen regional in Fitzgerald, GA) We would definitely consider buying from your dealership because we like Coachman and your service was tops.

Dj asked us specific questions the first time we met him. He took us to the lot to show us trailers that fit into our answers. I was amazed on how well he narrowed our search down to a few campers that fit exactly what we were looking to do with the camper. I really appreciate the professionalism he displayed to us. We had no intention in buying a camper that day and in an hour we were walking out with a contract for our new camper in which we have enjoyed more than we ever thought we could enjoy something. It was by far the smartest purchase we have ever made. Your price of the unit was amazing, as we shopped you around after we left that day. We feel wonderful about the transaction as a whole.

We picked up our camper on the coldest day all year February 17th, 2006 and the tech moved our old camper into the shop so that we could transfer all of our belongings from one to another. My mom and dad bought a camper from a dealer in Lincoln and picked it up on the same exact day. No one helped them transfer their belongings and they did it in the freezing cold. Not to mention they are 50+ years old and can't stand the cold. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU. WE WERE ABLE TO BRAG ABOUT HOW WARM WE STAYED AN HOW HELPFUL EVERYONE HAS BEEN.
